Default Sprint Booster

I have a 2005 C6 and I purchased a Sprint Booster, plugged it in as instructed, it clipped in one side and the other slid in. My car would not turn over. I pressed it in as hard as I can, still won't turn over, any suggestions?. I'm waiting for a response to my email from www.sprintbooster.com.

Remove it and see if it still won't turn over.

My car runs great with out it, I'm afraid of ruining my oem if I try to compress the sprint booster with a pair of pliers. It's connected tight enough now where it takes some muscle to pull it apart. Should I trade for another one?

Needs more instruction, seems it has the 'play dead' down pat.

Rub it under the chin spoiler and give it a treat, maybe it will turn over then.

I've got one in my 2009 and it works great.

As I recall, it doesn't work in the 2005. Check their website.

Also, I believe there's a different model for auto/manual transmissions.

Well......I guess they do have it for the 2005 models now:

http://www.sprintboostersales.com/de...tte&engine=Gas

The units they're displaying inthe website are entirely different from the one I have. Mine doesn't have any selectability, but the ones they're currently advertising can be selected to "factory", "sport", or "race" modes. I think that would be a very desirable feature and I'm gonna have to contact them about a trade-in!!!

Ooooo...AND they've added the 30-day guarantee.

They're bringing it along. That's good to see. Still too expensive for my tastes though.
