Help! Failed NJ Emissions Inspection multiple times
I took my 2006 C6 through for the 4th time and failed again. The Evap System, Oxygen sensors, and Oxygen sensors - heated come up "not ready". They said because I had changed the battery and not driven the car enough they may not be reset. I followed the GM drive cycle instructions and put 125 miles on it and it still failed! Has any one run into this issue or have any advise? Would my supercharger and performance tune cause this problem? I would appreciate any help I can get.

Most certainly yes. Do you run catalytic converters on your car?
Your tune is most likely what is making the car fail: I am guessing you either run no cats or have the codes off anyways despite running cats.

Yes I have cats on the car. In fact the cat converters come up "ready". If that's the case, I assume the codes maybe off?

I'm not supposed to tell you this (so please keep it just between us ) but there are DTC codes that can be turned off in your tune which will make all of the readiness tests complete almost instantly.

Not off the top of my head but if you send me a PM tomorrow night I can find the tune on my laptop as I went through the same thing with a Trans Am I was having trouble getting smogged for the same reason.
