My check engine light went on about 3 weeks ago and I finally took it into the dealer today to see what the codes were. There were 9! Holy crap. I'm wondering if anyone has any insight as to exactly what these codes are. My tuner is an hour away. I am wondering how much a dealer could do on a car modified like mine. Any thoughts?

On a side note, I had the car re dyno tuned about 4 months ago and there were not any codes thrown.

I had a C4 that threw a bunch of codes once and it was the battery going bad. Once the voltage drops below a certain point, the sensors would send a lower than normal voltage signal to the PCM/BCM which was interpreted as a fault.
If it were my car, I would look closely at the battery/cables first.
Good Call. I actually put a new battery ion not to long ago. But there were some electrical problems when the car was getting dyno tuned. The car was showing almost no voltage, and was acting very odd. Sometimes starting, sometimes not. Sometimes the fob was recognized, sometimes not.
Long story, the mechanic cleaned out the fuse box and the car ran fine. I will look into the battery and fuses. Any more recommendations for electrical cleaning/checking?
I would invest in a small hand held code reader, so you don't have to take your supercharged car to the dealer and have your tuner take a closer look at the calibration.
I turned the car on today to see what the voltage was at and the dash said 14.2 volts. i checked it right away after start up. The car has been sitting for about 5 days because I forgot to latch the top down and it blew off and its been raining a lot.
