Thanks for all the great info guys I ended up getting this done at the end of last season. Here are a couple shots:
I know I know....the whole engine bay needs a really good cleaning.
I plan on getting my hands on some FAST fuel rails and begin the conversion to all stainless lines.
I took a look at the stainless rad hose CCA offers, anyone have experience with that item? Would you recommend going another route? At first glance I'm feeling a bit over whelmed when it comes to replacing all the under hood lines. First off: I'm assuming it's best to size the new lines as close as possible to the original lines size. Are there any specific lines I should be worried about or that may be more difficult to deal with than others?
I know this is a stretch but to those who have done this , do you have the list a lines/fitting used? I plan on taking some measurements and creating schematic in order to keep things organized. I'll have more questions as I go but any input at this point would be awesome.
someone now makes covers that go over your coils and valve covers etc. that look like big block chevy valve covers. cant remember who makes them. kinda cool for that old school look. just for looks for sure though , im sure they trap heat.
