Default TEA blows chunks.

Ive had to place orders through TEA a few times now. Each time they have been way way late shipping my items (like 2 months) and they screw the order up every time. This time they sent me the wrong seats for my vlv springs and didnt send enough new seal. Thanks jerks. Im never gonna order from these idiots again. I suggest you all use somebody else too.

A few years back I bought from them twice and although they were pretty late with my delivery, I was happy with the work. Flash forward to now (actually a few months back), I have emailed them atleast 8 times and called countless times with no contact. It's a shame since they really did do magic with a set of heads-

how would you feel if they did some bowl work but couldn't qualify the work because they didn't flow them before hand?

Im not sure what you are getting at. Are you saying that is an excuse for them to ship their products late and have poor customer service? I understand the need for accuracy but dont say you can have an order ready in two weeks but then take two months to fill it.

Chris,

Just to clear the air, you did not purchase anything from TEA. You purchased your parts thru Vengeance Racing. If you got the wrong seats it is our fault. The standard TEA .650 lift spring kit ships with seats for stock type heads. Looking back at your history you purchased TEA/TFS heads almost two years ago. I am assuming the springs you ordered recently are to replace the two year old springs on these heads? If so, we simply need to overnight you a set of seats if you do not want to reuse the ones currently on your TFS heads.

This is in no way TEAs fault as they only shipped what I told them to. Please feel free to give me a call and I will get this sorted out ASAP.

For everyone else posting/reading this thread we have been a distributor for TEA/TFS for many years and have had VERY few issues with their service. You cannot find a better cylinder head on the market than what comes out of their facility. If anyone has any questions or would like more information on TEA/TFS do not hesitate to call/email/PM...
