I have 18x10 up front with the C6 offset. My car has been lowered slightly in front as well. I have had no issues of rubbing or bottoming out. See sig pic.

56 up front 79 in the rear. You have a little more play up front but not much, in the back you want 76 to 80 mm offset with an 11" wheel or it will stick out too much. Also with an 18" in the rear it may touch the swing arm depending on your offset. You also need to make sure your rear tire is taller than the front if you go with 18" all the way around. Needs to be approximately one inch taller so not to mess up the computer.
I am planing to do the same setup, my advice is go with the ace slicks (twin spoke like the z06) 18 x 9.5 F and 19x11 in the rear and they fit perfect. Do a search and you can see them on the car. The r888 265/40 up front and 305/30 in the back will give you an awesome setup that will stick to the track. Good luck.
