What are most people seeing as the limit on their stock clutch power/mileage wise? When it finally goes, what's an affordable clutch setup to switch to?
Also.. what's considered the limit for the factory ls2 shortblock? Would a healthy heads, cam and bolt on car be fairly reliable as long as it was tuned properly and not drag raced all the time?
Im getting out of my evo because I dont have the time to keep up with a "racecar" but I do want something sporty, comfy, and decently quick.. While at the same time maintaining some reliability.

Absolutely, the LS2 is a very strong and capable motor.
How do these motors do on boost? What do they like to see boost/power wise? I know most people supercharge their vettes.. at what point should you start looking into a built bottom end?
I have as fast intake 2007 C6 Z51 6speed manual, LS2
442 rear wheel hp. Here is what I did
Breathless Performance Vortex CAI and ported throttle body. Fast intake,
ARP racing headers, COMP CAM. and HP Tune.high flow cats, borla touring system.
Stock heads no porting work.
BM Shifter
The car is fast enough for me .And it sounds like a real corvette should.
Yes they had to cut the fire wall but a lingerfelter patch kit is available for that and you cant even see were it was done.
That plus 15% for drive train losses figures to 508hp at the motor not counting on the air effect from the cai. That's Z06 territory on a LS2 !
