A6 tranny differences?
Hi guys,
Im going to buy a C6 -06 twin turbo and i think the tranny is giving up.
It dont feel right when it downshifts or uppshifts, not as smoth as my last Vette that was -07 with S/C.
Is there any differences from -06 to -08 in the A6 tranny, will a -07 fit a -06?

Not sure about year to year compatibility but AFAIK it should work. Others will chime in with good info.

MarkI've had it done a few times before (my local service manager lives about 3 miles from me) and it takes about 30 mins to do. If you don't have access to a Tech II you will still be able to drive the car but you won't be able to change any of the values in either the engine tune or the trans tune until you do.
