a couple minor things to get air into the intake you can do, I did the widebody and opened up the naca duct in the bumper, I aslo put in the Beehive over the halltech cai and cut out holes in the radiator shroud.
Then you can do like mentioned, ported TB and intake. You can also do the heads....

did you see i responded to the ls3 heads forsale? also i can see the heads along with a underdrive pulley getting you 450rwhp which should get you about 125 in the 1/4. there was a guy close to me that had the heads i have forsale and the texas speed 228r cam that made 450.

I just saw your response. It is interesting me, we only have 91 octane gas out in AZ so I am a little worried about the .030 milling. The flow numbers look pretty good too.
