The floor on the driver's side of this C6 is raised two inches because the car ran over a truck tire tread. The damage is under the brake and accellerator. How should this be repaired, is it fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Unless you own a ZO6 or ZR-1, your floor panel is Fiberglass/balsawood/Fiberglass sandwich.
The ZO6 and ZR1 use a carbon fiber balsa wood sandwich and is MUCH lighter and stronger.
You have a few options:
-Completely replace the damaged panel. (lots of work)
- Repair the damaged area with fiberglass. Remove the damage, and fill in the area with layers of fiberglass matt layers. Sand and paint to match.
To carry on some additional info from Bill's post. Depending on the exact location of the dented area, it could be steel, aluminium, SMC/balsa sandwich, carbon fiber/balsa sandwich.
The front lower firewall is a steel(base C6)or aluminum(Z06/ZR1) stamping that is welded to the frame rails and the center box tunnel. The flat floor board SMC/balsa(base C6) or carbon fiber/balsa(Z06/ZR1) is bonded to the firewall metal stamping, to the frame rails and to the center box tunnel. If the dent is under the accelerator/brake then it is possible that the firewall metal stamping is bent along with the floorboard being damaged.
