Just so you know, the comment about China was not meant to be derogatory. If the Ebay headers had been available when I bought my headers I probably would have bought them because of the price. Headers are just not that hard to copy.

Uhh...actually you still might. I tried running a set of 305 MTs on my car (that I had originally bought for my Camaro) and the best 60ft I could manage was a high 1.5 with the majority of them being low 1.6's. Since there were back to back races that weekend I decided to try and squeeze a little more life out of my well worn 275/40/17 Hoosiers and immediately went back to cutting high 1.4's.

Interesting.
I havent ever run a Hoosier, but I might try it.
I have cut high 1.5 60's in my firebird with 255 ET Street Radials, so I was figuring 305s would run 1.5s no problem...but I have nothing against going with a hoosier. I don't know much about how streetable they are in comparison to other DRs though (I generally have them on to drive to and from the track, which is 55 miles each way)

I always list that they're the ebay longtubes just to show that they DO make power and are a quality piece.
300 bucks is hard to beat for longtubes and x-pipe
