Default ls3 cam install

Let me start by saying that I am new to this forum I know that I am not building a corvette but I have found best source of info for me here.
I am building a 1970 Camaro with a fuel injected LS3 and a T56 I want good power and excellent manners I have decided to use Spinmonsters cam and was wondering what other parts I should install with cam I want to upgrade the timing chain

What size primaries do you suggest on the headers
What do I need to change as for type of cam core and chain gear change
What spring and retainers are required and should the stock rockers be changed
Are any mods required or changes needed to be done to oil pump
What push rod will I need
I have herd that the LS3 valves have been an area to look out for on higher spring pressurizers or is it nothing to be concerned about with this set up
After all is completed I plan on having a tune done

The motor is a LS3 from a 2011 Camaro with 4 miles

1 3/4 for good low end with the heavy car. Longer primaries if you can find them would serve you well.

Cam will be a 3 bolt and use a IWIS chain....katech

What spring and retainers are required and should the stock rockers be changed

Partriot gold extreme duals comes with retainers and seats
stock rockers are fine

No.
What push rod will I need

7.425 but know different brands dont measure exactly what is published. A comp cams 7.4 is 7.416

I have herd that the LS3 valves have been an area to look out for on higher spring pressurizers or is it nothing to be concerned about with this set up. I have no data to support that other than the number of cammed LS3's running 400lbs. I run solid valves...no likey hollow stems. I can rev to 7000 with the heavier valve so with these springs they dont float.

when you have it tuned, the tuner should be aware that the LS3 makes best power lower than 13:1 A/f ratio. Most see 12.3 to 12.7 and this is likely in part due to 10% ethanol fuel.

should I try and find a push rod .009 longer or the 7.4 good without any rocker to valve concerns

Spin, as you know, I want to do this cam in the spring. I too am interested in who carries hardened pushrods in this size.
