Looking to upgrade my Grand Sport brakes but want a BBK that allows exchange of 1 piece pads without having to remove the caliper. Just trying to reduce the time it takes to prep for an HPDE and switch back to street pads for daily driver use.
Which of the BBKs that are 6 piston designs that use 1 piece pads and allow changing pads without removing the caliper?
Monoblock design is preferred?
I see that the Wilwoods do claim easy pad changes but they are not monoblocks. But what about the others?

the open top brembos just have two retaining pins, you pull the cotter pin then slide out the retaining pin and the pads slide right out. takes 5 mins to change per side.

True for the 4 piston I am sure, but the 6 piston has a bridge in the center that looks like it would need to be removed.
Looking for comments on users experience in changing pads on:

Current Brembo's (GT Corvette kits) are a mono block, so you have to pull the two allen bolts to get the caliper off.
StopTech ST-40 and ST-60 calipers have smaller allens that hold the bridge into the caliper. I believe it takes a 5mm allen driver to do so. Caliper stays on
Wilwood W6A uses two pins you knock in and out with a drift or small punch. Brembo two piece calipers are like this as well.
PFC calipers, again are mono blocks so the caliper must come off to do a pad change.
Race pieces like the Brembo GTR (not GT), Alcon, and AP all use a quick clip in pin that allow us to do pad changes during a long race really quickly if you don't have the caliper on a quick diss-connect.
Also remember most of the BBK's are going to use a larger and thicker pad so pad life increases from stock as well.
