I have a 05 corvette with a 402 stroker...... I was thinking of taking out the current motor and getting a even bigger stroker. Questions I have is how much can I get for my current motor ,it is pushing out 415 RWHP and around 430 RWTQ with stock heads and intake manifold.
402- put together/in by LG Motorsports
G5X1 Cam
Katrut chain
921 spring
ls6 oil pump
lifters
Also what stroker should i look at that will make close to or more then 600 RWHP
your bottom end looks stout, why not try a ported FAST 102, 102mm ported throttle body and new heads. you should easily be in the 550hp range.
what is your compession? you can mill the new heads slightly as well

Think my engine can hit that with just a fast and heads?

The bottom end is very stout...Callies Crankshaft, connecting rods and Mahle pistons.
Biggest limiting factor when it went together was keeping the OEM torque converter and over all budget.
Heads and intake manifold would make HUGE changes not even factoring in a camshaft as you have increased displacment but not much to help air coming in. The FAST intake alone would be a good investment as it already does wonders on a stock LS2.
Of course changing torque converters would allow larger camshafts...thus more power as well.
LG did put together a very nice engine. I have had ZERO issues ever since I lefted their shop. They are the only shop I will ever take my car too. Im just kind of torn building up my motor or getting a 454. LG I will be getting back to you after the Christmas holidays on what I decide and look forward to taking yet another trip to Dallas for more A+ work.
415 rwhp is nothing to sneeze at, why are you wanting more power? what do you do with your car? do you race it and want to go faster? if so, replace stock converter. Is it for dyno numbers only? Just curious as to why?
Man,
I would change out the coverter, add TFS heads, and a 102 intake. I have a 404 with LS3 heads, LS3 intake, headers, and 231/239 cam. No drivability issues whatsoever. I dyno at 503/481 at the wheels. IMO, I think you could get up to 480+ and still have great drivability. LG is nothing but the best and have always been respected. I've heard nothing but great things. Also, watched the Speed channel when Lou allowed one of his cars to be driven in a sports car shootout with novice drivers. He definitely showed lots of patience. With just doing that you would definitely save $$$ and wouldn't have to pay for the complete remove and replace of the engine. Or go with a S/C and go up even further. I like the NA way. Lastly, you may want to see how you like your car with the extra 60+ HP and extra torque. Yep, and the 315 PS2s don't last too long either. Good luck and happy holidays.

Or just keep on building my current engine.
Trick flow 225-235 heads
Fast 102 intake
Mezeire electric waterpump
New more aggressive cam
New tune
3200 stall conveter for better cam
That should get you 550+rwhp....
If I were in your shoes, I would build that 402 to its fullest potential. You're in good hands with LG...Ask LG what you think you should do.
