Default New Headers/Rear O2's (Plug/SIM/Extend)

I'm throwing new headers in soon. What's the best solution for the rear O2's? I will be running CATS. Should I just plug them and tune them out? I thought I was mostly seeing people extend them and run all 4 still.

Obviously I'll be getting a tune afterwards.

This is the only plug that I can find online. Although my car is an '08 I'm sure it's not going to matter. Doubt GM has changed O2 sensors in a long time.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

I ditched the rears and plugged them so no need for the additional wiring. Without cats the rears are useless.

But I will be running CATS, so I'm wondering if there is still some efficiency and cleanliness to be gained from running the rears

Plug them and tune them out. Once you've removed the factory cats the rear o2s serve no purpose othe than to plug the bungs.

all the rear sensors do is monitor the efficiency of the cats. thats it nothing else. they are only there to let you know about a problem with the cats. the front sensors are the ones that help with fuel mixtures. plug the rear holes, tune them out and ditch all the extra wiring.
