So, as some of you might know I've been waiting for the Grandsport Replicas to come out in regular C6 fitment. Well, they have finally!
My current wheels are the Z06 replicas in the 19x11 sizing. I'm wondering if there will be a noticable visible dif between the 11 and the 10 inch wheels in the correct C6 fitment. I am currently running a 295/35. I may switch to a 305/35 (Mickey DR) at some point.
Those Grandsport repros are the exact same as stock C6 coupe wheels so they will fit OEM. I'm pretty sure when the 305/35/19 MT's come out they will fit fine and tuck under the fender.
If you have the width and offset correct on those Zoh replicas they will stick out an extra 28mm on a coupe per the offset calculator. Thats a lot!. Those almost sound like they are made for a widebody.
Here are some are some pics of the MT's. They do rub. I thought I had my offsets right based on some feedback I got and I was wrong. I've had to jack up the rear to three fingers clearance in between the fender and tire. Doesn't look too bad but I am still scared that a bump at high speed will crack the fenders. so these are 305/35/18 MT's on 18x9.5" Zoh replicas with a +56mm offset. The offset calculator puts them sticking out an extra 17mm from stock.
