You need to loosen or remove the fender and front bumper cover. Here's a thread with some pics to show you what's involved:

Might want to contact member RLSebring. He's kind of the resident headlight expert and can probably give you some good info on how to do it. Good luck.
Edit: I guess we should clarify. You are asking about removing the entire headlight assembly and not just the bulb.....right?
