Have my GS up on a lift. Installing LG Street Series as we speak..On LGs Z06 write-up on their website, it says to remove the oil dipstick...Is this necessary? The more info the better!!

Makes it easier to do that is for sure.
Should just be the one bolt at the top and it just pulls out. Pretty much just sits in the block against that rubber o-ring. Of course if it is a dry sump car, the dipstick doesn't need to be removed...but the oil lines to the pan may need to be loosened up to fit the header in there.
Seems like my kit is missing the two extensions for the rear 02 sensors. I guess the vendor forgot to include them. If I install without the two rear o2 sensors for now and run the car, what will happen? Error codes? Can I run the car this way just until I get the extensions that I need without damage??? Please chime in quickly!
no need for rear o2 sensors. you will get a code but thats b/c they are not plugged in. Your car will run just fine without them, they do nothing for the cars "stock tune"

I installed my headers (same as yours) with plugs instead of the rear O2s. I had a CEL pop up, but it did not affect drivability at all. I eventually got it tuned, which took care of the CEL.
Even with installing the rear O2s, you've got a good chance of getting a CEL anyway, so they're kind of worthless.
