any headers, kooks, lg arh, and Fusions!!
lots of threads about this....
Most people will just recommend what they have, but the truth is any major brand of header with an unobstructed exhaust will give good hp gains.
Problem is IMO that sometimes people choose their muffler because of the sound and not the efficiency. For the entire exhaust system to work best, the muffler needs to be high-air flow and not bend around chocking the evacuation.

Just search both topics. There are countless threads on headers and exhaust. You aren't gaining HP with an exhaust (noticable HP anyway, maybe 2). It is for sound only but if you are getting headers I would get a new exhaust.
what do you guys think is the best header and exhaust combo for the most significant power gains for an LS3?
We have a complete package headers, x-pipe with or without cats and different exhaust systems to choose from. On average we see increases in the low to mid 40's of both horsepower and torque. You can find information on all of our C6 products at www.bbexhaust.com.

I have B&B headers and MagnaFlow exhaust. The front o2 sensor bungs on the headers is to far forward and the sensor doesn't fit because it hits the bell housing. I hope they have that fixed now.
