I'd sure like to see what a dual inlet catch can setup on a Front mount supercharger would look like. Anyone have this setup that they can post pictures of.

Thanks for posted the pics Ray. This helps me out a lot. I'm using the Cartek supercharger bracket, but I imagine I can make it work the same. Does that bracket come with the oil catch can kit or is it fabbed up?
Also leaves me w/ this question, I see the air filter attached to the valve cover. Does that mean that its bad to keep the valve cover piped into the intake tube just before the the throttle body? I supposed the issue would be intruding boost into the crank case right?
I also kept the fuel Vapor recovery module (or whatever its called) in the stock location in between the cylinder head and the supercharger bracket. So space is tight there. I noticed that was removed in the C6 S/C pics shown. What does everyone do with that Vapor Recovery system?
OP this is a GREAT POST with a ton of good info. I tried to convince a friend about that open breather and no vacuum on the crankcase is what was causing his oil to start to look milky. I had that for a while with an open breather catch can, then I switched to a proper well designed can and all is well.
Joe G: 2 off topic questions for you after I watched your 10.95 pass video.
1) Was that a safety net at the end of the track??
2) Did they boot you for running faster than 11.50 without a 6 point bar?

Yes, the breather eliminates the line to the air filter and eliminates that path for oil ingestion.
Just specify the type SC when ordering and the brackets are included.

Usually delete it for off-road applications.
Just a note..if you delete that vapor recovery system you will get a check engine light unless you turn off the codes with HP Tuners.
After I installed my FAST 90 I kept getting a vapor recovery system CEL...finally, thanks to the Forum I learned that some FAST 90's didn't have the vacuum tube this system hooked to drilled out from the factory. Mine wasn't. After I drilled out that vacuum tube (which was a feat with the FAST installed on the car) no more CEL.
Does that mean you have to remove the Fuel Vapor Recovery from the intake just behind the throttle body when switching to a boosted application?
I realize this is a different system than the crankcase evac system. The Dual Inlet Catch Can seems to cover the crankcase evac issue perfectly.
I'm just left trying to figure out what I'd to do to keep the fuel vapor recovery intact and working correctly. Like maybe GM has a check valve in the fuel tank so boost would not positively pressurize the fuel tank to 20psi.
Joe is correct on the CEL, and for off-road it is coverted to vent to the air and the vac nipple capped off. But you pose an excellent question on if GM has an built in check valve. That I'm not sure on.....

Thanks for the info. Buna Speed is the distributor for the oil catch can it looks like. I'll head over there shortly.
I have a some questions before I order. I called today but I reached someone else that was without these answers. Can someone answers these questions for me please. Can I install the duel catch can on my 2005 C6 with an A&A V3 Si supercharger with the bracket you provided with the kit, without having to cut or move my stock fuel rail covers. Does the the oil fill breather filter come as a cap ready to just screw on with the filter and valve already attached. Will the filter screwed on to the oil fill clear a stock C6 hood. Do the hoses needed come with the kit and what kind of hoses are they. Are hose clamps provided. Can you tell me what size clamps I would need for the hoses required so I can order some nice dress up clamps for this kit. Do you offer the can in chrome and high polished. How long would it take to get it delivered if it where chromed (if available that way), high polished and painted gloss black. This looks like the next mod I may do.

Rayzz, Where did that pic of the oil filler cap come from? It looks like the pic you posted of the kit on the C6 shows a rubber line from the valve cover to the little air filter element. Is the cap/filter shown in your last pic an option for valve covers that have that factory tube deleted?
