Interior lights not working

Interior lights not working
I have problem with interior lights. Mirror lights, Curtasy Lamps, Underhood light aren't working.
I've checked CTSY/LAMP Fuse - it's ok. I used Tech II to switch interior lights on - still nothing. I've checked all connection from BCM to the lights - all ok.
Is it possible that somebody turned off function of interior lights in BCM? I've looked in Tech II for that option but I couldn't find it...
I can't find post about reprograming BCM as new when it's locked - maybe it could help.
I know that simplest solution is to go to the dealer but in Poland we have one Vette dealer which is 5 hour of driving one way... and I'm not sure they will fix it for sure... and next dealer is in Germany - 2 day of driving...

Tech II shows that the ****/button is working and still mirror lamps aren't working even if you press their buttons....
