2005 belt routing problem
As I'm putting everything back together after the cam swap, I attempted to replace the belt that goes around the balancer and A/C compressor. I looked in the manual for the belt routing and noticed it shows two "idler" type pulleys in between the balancer and A/C compressor. (see first photo), but I only have one pulley (see second photo) I have the ATI 918848 super damper and bought the belts they show on their web site, but the A/C belt is too long. Anyone have a clue what's wrong?

i would be calling ati. you may have to get your own belt. take a string and tie it around the damper and a/c compressor with the tensioner off. make sure it is tight. then cut it and measure the length of the string. a good parts man should be able to figure out what you need. this is how i had to do mine when i installed a powerbond underdrive balancer on my 05.

I am going to be calling ATI tomorrow. I bought the belt their site recommends, but then again, it took them three attempts to send me the right damper to begin with.
