Make your A6 shift correctly!,
I had my 2008 C6 convertible tuned by Chuck COW in January and want to tell everyone who is sick and tired of the way their A6 shifts that Chuck has the solution.
The dealer was useless. My car had the latest software upgrade from the factory but it was still plagued with problems like:
Never knowing what gear it was in
Torque control - GM's fix
Flare and mushy shifting
Chuck came own to Florida and spent a good 3 hours with my car. He installed a 160 degree thermostat, hooked up his computer and went to work.
Now it bangs shifts like a manual, never hunts when downshifting, and even downshifts like a manual as you come to a stop!
Now when it shifts from 1st to 2nd the rear end feels like it will break loose and it even seems like the dual mode exhaust opens up sooner so you get to hear that great exhaust sound..
MPG remains the same.
So the result is a car I now can drive without worry, amazing power, and it still gets great gas mileage.
If you have the chance to have Chuck tune your car - DO NOT MISS IT!

Chuck tuned my car and trans too. WOW, does it run good and now the transmission shifts like it should. Totally different car and I am very pleased. Don't know about the mileage, can't keep my foot out of it........ Thanks Chuck!

Chuck can do it remotely with the Autocal from EFILive. It works and is the next best thing to a personal tune.

Chuck, will your tune make my 07 A6 behave like an 08 A6 and can some of the later features be added to mine like holding the paddle down for 2 seconds to get our of Paddle Shift Mode rather than having to shift out of Sport Mode.

If you have to do it remotely with AUTOCAL or with chuck on one of his trips to your location or in the shop like I did at Corvettes of Westchester,,, JUST DO IT!! Bud,,,,,,,,,,,, YOU WILL NOT be sorry!

That was one of my questions for CoW above, will his tune give that capability to my 07, that he has not replied to.
