Default Corsa extreme install

I have a 2005 Z51 6spd, went to install my corsa yesterday come to. Find out the flange where the h-pipe on the forward part has two bolts that are welded in place my concern is if I apply too much torque to break them loose and snapping the bolt ill be sol until I can have some hardware on stand by, anyone have a recommendation to motivate the potential of having to. Go. Thru the pain of grinding off the welds and tapping out the old, worse case scenario is go to a hardware store and pick up some butbut idk what size. Any insight on my situation would be greatly appreciated.

I just swapped out my 2006 exhaust a couple months ago and those welds held up just fine. But, if you are still concerned then use some penetrating lube on them.

Not concerned about the welds more about the physical bolt itself snapping, you know
