Default LS2 tune up

My daily driver is turning 100K on the clock later this summer. It's an 05 GTO with the LS2. What type of spark plug and wires are you LS2 guys using that is getting you the best fuel economy and performance?
The motor is stock, except for a Lingenfelter CAI.

I see no reason to go away from OEM plugs & wires.

Some recommend aftermarket stuff but I have not seen any evidence they are any better or last longer.

go get stock styles wires from oreillys, autozone or similar that have life time warranty. stock wires are great the only prob is they break apart sometimes when changing plugs with lifetime wires you just go exchange it. many will tell you msd or similar is better cuz of lower resistance per foot but no one can prove that a stock car will actually gain anything from them.

Interesting. I'm sure the OEM's will be cheapest as well.

I would recommend Taylor 10mm plug wires and NGK TR6's. I've gone through 3 brands including OEM wires and the Taylor wires hold up the best and I've never had any resistance issues. The other brands have issues when pulled more than two times
