Default G6X3 question....

anyone running the G6X3 cam without the comp cam 921 springs??

anyone heard of problems running this cam with other springs besides the comp cam 921's?

wanting to possibly install this cam with other springs that are rated for .650 lift... just wanting to see what others are running..... and how high are you spinning it??

If the springs are good for the lift then they're good for the lift.

I talked to LG about this when I bought my cam. I believe they said they had some issues when they used other springs at high RPMs where it would break up and they couldn't figure it out. When they put in the 921's they said the issue went away. So I opted to go with what they recommended and so far so good (knock on wood) up to 7100rpms.
