15 months later, and i have had ZERO issues. I am now on a Ported Intake manifold, Headers, drop in air filter, 185 degree stat and it runs stronger than ever. Still at a 90% duty cycle as well.
I have logged over 25 passes, and my best ET is 11.97 @ 122mph w/ a 2.2"
oh yeah, did I mention it's my daily? I have logged over 15k miles with ZERO issues. Just thought I would update everyone

UP FROM DAVEY JONES LOCKER.....................
Just wanted to say thank you for all the great info in this post, it took me quite some time to find a post worth reading that was not filled with other unrelated garbage
Not sure if are still responding on this thread but ill throw this out. Using your car as a daily driver, have you found the stations to be running a consistent E85 rating?
Loved reading through this thread. Just about to get my E85 tune on my car this week hopefully.
There's E85 (and it tests to 84-88% Ethanol) at just about every Sheetz gas station around my area. I'm told they will have it at every station in NC within the next few months while they do an upgrade to the pumps at every station. It's $1.58 a gallon today near me.
Will be interesting to see if Sheetz actually does implement E85 state wide. I'm in NC too.
They have done a retrofit at 3 stations near my house so far, and I was told that the 3 new stations near me will all have it day 1. I know a couple stations in Raleigh had the retrofit as well.
It's worth going in and asking someone at your local place if they know about it. Usually they have some training about E85 for all the employees a couple weeks before the retrofit. The sure sign is when they drop off the forklift a week or so before so they can lift and replace the pumps.
Who is going to do your e85 tune? Are you going to install the etoh sensor and connect it to your ECM? Please post your experience and results. Spinx stations in upstate South Carolina all have e85 and the true etoh content varies from 70 to 83% depending on the residual volume of winter mix (70) that was in the tank when the summer mix (85) was added. So if you sample several different stations at the same time the measured amount of etoh will vary by the individual station.
Chris at RPM in Garner, NC will be doing the tuning. I've known Ryan, Martin, Chris and the guys there for years and they are about 5 miles from my house which is awesome.
I installed the Flex Fuel sensor kit from DSX, wired it in to pin 40.
As mentioned before, I will also have a Z06 pump and FAST 85# injectors.
I've tested several Sheetz in my area, every one tests just over 85% usually every time.
Anyone install the flex fuel sensor with the A&A twin pump kit? With the twin pump kit fuel flows back down down the oem fuel line (when pumps are active) in application where the intank regulator hadn't been capped.
Will this pose a problem for accurate measurement with the gauge as fuel reverses flow?
The other concern i have is fuel left in the twin pump side. In the situation where say the tank was run down to 1/16th of e85 then filled with 91. If the twin pumps kick in, even under moderate boost, the car will see e85 but the ecu won't. should cause a brief lean. however, the inverse situation could be worse when very low octane hits when its expecting e85.
Is there any warrant to installing a bump switch to trigger one of the twin pumps the flush its lines after drasticly changing fuels?
Then again, if the FF sensor is close enough to the T, it will see plenty of fuel soon after they hit as stated in my reverse flow comment
I'm just over thinking this i suppose

That would be a bit extreme in my opinion. Seems that a lot of the fuel that would be being pumped when the twin pump(s) come on would be getting sent back to the tank anyways, meaning it would get whatever is in the tank up to the fuel rails pretty quick.
Honestly I've never really thought about it though..
