Default 7/8 vs 3/4

I have an LS3, short term plans are cam, CIA, tune. Long term, heads, perhaps S/C. I have decided to go with the LG Pro's but am not sure about header primaries. They cost the same. Is there anything to loose with the 7/8" if I don't S/C it? Thanks

Yeah, The only thing I found is that you get "better torque" with 3/4" but 10 more HP with 7/8" Ok, so ah, if that is the case, then Ill just do the 7/8" in case I do decide to S/C in the future

Is the 3/4" vs 7/8" the only reason one would have to replace their headers for the S/C or turbo? There is a thread with a guy selling American Racing headers because he has a friend who got a Turbo and they wouldn't work. I'm just curious because I am in the same boat as you, just in case I decide to get a SC.

^^^^Turbo cars use the exhaust to spin the turbo. That means you need a turbo exhaust to reroute the exhaust back to the turbo.

a supercharger works off the crank so it doesn't require you to change headers.

with a supercharger there is no difference between the 2. There was a thread with the results back to back on a supercharged c6.

on a cammed car 1 7/8.

bolt ons 1 3/4.
