Check engine light
Can the check engine light be reset with out special tools. If so what is the procedure. [intermitten 02 sensor since headers installed] Going to Bloomington next week so cant find time to take it to shop

Older cars could get the light off by unhooking the battery. The code would come back on if you didn't clear the trouble. The newer cars need tech-2, Efilive, or HPTuners (or similar scanner)to get rid of the lights and codes.
