You have a Z51 car, so there's an additional twist to your kit selection... You will need a new radiator with the A&A/ECS kit, where the procharger kit will work fine with your existing radiator and coolers.
I have a ProCharger kit on my car and love it. Definitely go for the D-1SC upgrade at the time you purchase the kit... the cost it minor and the room to grow is great.
Here is my dyno at 7psi (559whp) and 8.5psi (604whp) on a D-1SC on a stock '09 LS3 6MT Z51 on 91 octane.
On the 08+ Z51 manual cars, most of them do have the oil cooler that is in the same spot as our intercooler and you either have to relocate the cooler or add the radiator with the built in oil cooler. You do, however, get the benefit of a dual core radiator. You also get a intercooler that sits down in the front fascia, not in front of the A/C Condensor and the Radiator.

The ECS kits DO NOT require a new radiator- It was designed to work with the Z51 and Z06 Radiators. Also the ECS Kits are designed so that Z51 Cars retain the factory oil cooler. I don’t know where people get this information from. The A&A & ECS kits are substantially different in this respect. Additionally, our base kits come with upgraded steel idlers, a HD belt tensioner, A larger head unit, larger diameter and a great percentage of solid vs aluminum ducting, more belt wrap there are alot of little difference that add up when you lay the products out side by side.

Are the ECS Paxton kits CARB certified at all?
