What are these called?
What are these items circled in yellow called?
I want to replace the driver’s side thingy circled in yellow, but I don’t know what to ask for.
I want to get this part, just above the exhaust, painted, but I don’t know what to call it.

That, or possibly even (inner) rocker panel moulding?
