Default 08 z06 potential problems

Just bought #007 of the 505 run 2008 Z06. The car was in climate control conditions but only has 720 mi on the clock. The fuel was drained by the dealer (not GM) and new fuel installed. Was there any factory call backs to date for this model that I need to have done or any potential problems I need to be aware of?

Great car. I am sure there are TSBs. Just ask your local dealer to run the VIN.

1 - I can add to place a drop of oil on the sunvisor mirror's plastic cover hinges. (No joke).

2 - Add some Techron to the fuel to reduce/avoid a fuel gage sender varnish build up issue.

3 - Make sure the AC "after blow" function is set up (with a Tech 2 by the dealer) to avoid an AC odor over time.

4 - Preventative maintenance (judgement call) ....put a new battery in it...3 yrs with little use.

Don't forget to purchase (or make) some jacking pucks!

Nice car!

Jacking pucks can be made with hockey pucks and eye bolts for about $10 total. Run a search and you can find the how to directions
