Grinding noise

When I fully turn at a very slow speed I hear a metal to metal noise. Mostly to the right. It is intermitant, like it grinds at a certain point. Anyone have this?

Is the noise coming from the rear? If so, might be time to change the rear diff fluid. Remember to put the GM (or similar) additive or the noise will continue.

Nothing from the rear. Only from the front wheels. Mainly when I turn right.

In that case you may want pull the front tires and look to see if there is any mechanical intereference. Look for scrapes, shiny spots in metal, gouges, etc. If nothing obvious, put tires back on, start car and put wheels to far right and left. Look again for rubbing by spinning tires by hand and looking for contact.

If you can't find anything, maybe it's something in the rack? How does fluid level look? That's probably a stretch though.
