I'm not sure exactly what you mean in the first question.
39lb injectors I don't think are large enough (I assume this is in a Z06). After tuning and E85 you'll be needing more injector

50lb would probably be bare minimum for a bone stock Z

It's very easy to calculate: http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx
Go to the bottom of the page and change the crank horsepower.
I take RWHP + 65 for my auto for drivetrain loss and then multiply by 1.3 for the added fuel needed from E85.
You can also change the duty cycle you wish to have. Most will recommend not exceeding 80% duty cycle, but up to 90% SHOULD be ok.
For my car with an estimated 460-465rwhp after my cam swap would need 54.61lb injectors for 80% cycle.
Assuming 500rwhp for moderately aggressive heads/cam build the 57# injectors should still be ok.
