I don't know of a single aftermarket A6 shift **** that is readily available. If you want carbon or leather wrapped stock *****, that is doable, but nothing truly aftermarket. You'll have to make something custom.

I just completed one that I think looks pretty good. I drilled a hole in the side of a **** and then sent it to DSV to wrap in leather. I am using a Harley Davidson kill button I bought on Ebay and will be wiring it into a relay.

This a momentary button as I am using it for line lock but this is the perfect size I think what would be needed for exhaust would be on/off.
