Street Rat total time was probably around 8-9 hours. BUT!!! I am by no means a mechanic and really took my time. In real time I started Friday about 9 AM and finished Saturday by 1-2 PM.
As I said before, having a lift and a friend helping would have greatly reduced the time.
When you dropped the stock manifolds and cats, how did you reach the electrical harness connectors for the rear O2 sensors which are up against the firewall and impossible to reach with manifolds in place? Did you remove the sensors themselves and then drop the manifolds & cats?
Sub Vette I had to use a sort of long flat blade screwdriver to release the little blue tab that locks the other tab that you release to pull the connectors apart. Just takes some patience.
As promised here are the before and after sound clips. Sorry about the before clip it's not my greatest moment in videography.

Hope this gives you a good idea of how great it sounds.
Thanks guys. The NPP install was pretty easy because I went over to a frinds house and we used his lift. So you ask why didn't I go there for the headers? Well it was mostly due to the time involved.
