Will the LS3 set up fit an LS2 model, and what's the difference? Help

I believe the unit is the same, the difference is the LS3 maf housing that comes with that unit, the LS2 Vararam piece utilizes the stock existing maf. I can send you a pic of how my LS2 setup looked regarding the couplings/intake tubing if that will help, should use everything you already have minus the LS3/LS7 Maf housing.
I just upgraded my LS2 vararam unit with a call to Steve @ vararam by purchasing the MAF housing as I already had an LS7 Maf cartridge waiting to go. My tuner just finished up the re-tune last Saturday and I am extremely pleased with the change (going from LS2maf to LS7)

I was thinking of doing the same. Did you really notice a difference ?

The car runs much better than before in every way, there is a small but....I had my car tuned after my cam (235/239 w/lsl lobes) was installed and waited to get my "cleanup" tune until after I had the LS7 MAF ready to go, so my tuner (DSteck) had some things in my tune he was cleaning up along with re-tuning the new MAF setup. I do plan to strap it down on the rollers again soon, last thing I have to do is perform the upgrade with the Comp Trunion bearings for my rocker arms then I will schedule a few pulls to see if the changes yielded any additional HP.
