Currently, I have kooks headers and x-pipe (no cats) with B&B bullet exhaust. If I remove the B&B mufflers and just pipe it straight from the x-pipe, would this create more power?
Also, since I'm going to get the car supercharged by ecs in 2 weeks, that also should help create more power easily since there is more flow correct?
I completely understand this would be extremely loud.

Don't be hasty. Put the s/c on first. Mufflers like b&b bullets don't change the hp that much. I would imagine no more than 10 hp, which I doubt you will miss, not to mention the fumes that would come in the car, and the extreme drone you would have if you don't already with the bullets.
seung: To be honest you may see some up top HP gains.. However, your low-end torque can be harmed by the lack of backpressure. Also, the cruising drone would be real annoying. I'd keep the mufflers personally.

Daily drive my car without mufflers and the drone isn't as horrible as everyone makes it seem as long as you have cats still on the car. In your case, I would keep the mufflers with the off road mid-pipe on the car.
