For the LS2, the FAST is a worthwhile investment. Porting the LS2 manifold provides solid gains, but it starts from a crappy manifold. If you have money, get the FAST. It should be worth at least another 10 HP on a H&C car.
I am in the same boat, I have done just about as much as I can to my 07 Z51 A6. So now I am looking at having the intake ported, maybe from http://www.peakspeedshop.com/ If you can OP, do a before and after dyno so that we can see how much HP/TQ you gained.
I have a radical porting one on her 05 and it was an improvement
i didn't want the LSX cause of it being an automatic car and pretty much stays in the lower rpm range especially when cruising
i forgot offhand where i got it from, but it looked very nice too
i also got the ported TB, but not sure if its really worth anything (from what i have heard from others)

Radical porting sounds like a plan for me as well.
I also spend most of my time in the 2,000 to 3,500 rpm range while DD.
Peak Speed Shop is running a special on porting intake manifolds and throttle bodies to Corvette Forum members through January 15th, 2012. Here is a link to the thread: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-t...y-porting.html
