Coolant fan control module failed
I took my 07 to the dealer to check the engine light and I was advice
that my coolant fan control module is bad.
It seems like my fan never turns on and it will be 550 to have it fixed
But I see a This

That would depend on exactly what failed on your car. Is it the controller module, the fan itself, of possibly the connector burned (which has been know to happen, especially on cars that have had the fans reprogrammed with a duty cycle of more that 90%)?
I expect if the controller module itself has died, then the part you show could solve your problem.

Check you fan connector first to make sure you're getting a connection. There's been a rash of bad/dburnt connectors lately, mine included.
Do a search here in tech and in the General section on cooling fan and you'll see pics of what you'll be looking for. May save you some coins.
I simply rewired mine outside of the connector for the summer. I'll get a replacement connector housing this winter to make the appearance better.
