A/C air was warm
My A/c started running warm last week on my 2006. I bought a R134 kit (2 12oz cans of R134, hose with a gauge, and a UV pen light. I added one can of R134 and the gauge read 45lbs at 80 degree air. I seems to be cooling great now. Is this uncommon for the R134 to escape over 5 years? The stuff I used has dye and a sealent. I am hoping the problem is resolved. Any comments? Thanks
Its been about 3 weeks now and the air remains very cold. I am assuming that if there was a small leak, the sealent in the R134 did its thing. Hope this helps others out there.
