The dip in HP & TQ @ 5,000 RPM is probably from timing being pulled by a knock sensor. I had a similar problem on a Dyno when an exhaust pipe was vibrating against the frame, the computer saw the vibration as spark knock and pulled timing, cost me 25-30 HP that run.
Find out what is vibrating and secure it. When you re-Dyno the car the graph should smooth out.
