Default dyno work

Just got back from the dyno. I felt the car was going fat at WOT so we adjusted the AFR to 12.5 and set the timing at 25*. After some tweaking of the knock sensors we picked up some more power and the car seems to have woke up quite a bit. I tried one pull with the Vram air filter removed and it made the car go rich. I am sure glad I did not try to remove the filter at the track.

550rwhp and 490 on torque + or - 1 or 2

the factory intake is killing me as well as the 2.5" x pipe with cats.

did I wave? I try to wave at all the vets but I am a Zombie until the coffee kicks in. Yesterday on the way home I saw a nice Grey C6 around 242 that sounded pretty strong. He was on the feeder road while I was on 45 and he reved the engine. On the way back from the dyno at lunch I got nailed for 53mph in a 45 at JFK and the Beltway. Guys was standing in the trees with a lazer and they had 3 cars pulled over before me. I exited off the beltway doing 65-70 and slowed to 53mph, talk about a speed trap. I need to start driving my truck more.

Guys I am looking for any and all advise!!! 1/2 my camp wants me to install N2O on the car and i already have the complete kit but I just don't know. There is something about doing it all on motor that is cool to me.

I need an aftermarket intake, 3" x pipe W/O cats, bigger throttle body. I was told other things that would help, 15% under drive pulley, 1.8 rockers, electric water pump.

any feedback?

If you want todo 1.8 rockers, I have a set of Harland Sharp 1.8's and Patriot Dual springs

I would like to get the intake and exhaust before I add more lift. paying 800 for a Fast intake just sticks in my craw. Part of me wants to buy a good sheet metal intake and find an aftermarket hood that will clear it.

I've thought about doing that too, but all the sheet metal intakes I've found do not get close to the flow that a FAST puts out.

He's got a 416 with a VERY healthy cam. 550rwhp, while very impressive for an A6, doesn't seem out of line for his build.

Unlike many 416 builds, his was done right

I will be installing a ported FAST intake next month. I am also running the ATI UD at 10% and like it a lot.
