Default Creaking door panel... advice?

I have a very slight creak in my door panel when driving. Noise comes from area just below the stripping where the window slides. If I lightly push on it the creaking goes away. Also when the window is lowered the creaking stops. Anyone else have this and if so how'd you fix?

I know pulling the door panel off can be a pain do that's why I haven't done it yet. This is a very slight noise and probably wouldn't bother most but I like my cars ultra quiet inside. Thanks.

Is that the pass side door?

My pass side does that.

The door panel isn't very difficult to remove. It just requires removing a couple small screws and prying loose the plastic pins. You can purchase a panel removal tool for about $8 at Oriely's, Autozone etc.

It could be a number of things. I'd first look at the metal clips along the top of the interior door panel that the panel utilizes to hangs onto the door frame. One of the clips may be bent or not angled correctly and rubbing against the metal frame perhaps.

As DSMO above says.
The metal clips are notorious for causing a rattle.

+ 1 Door panels ARE easy to remove.
Do note havings some spare plastic door pins before you remove the panel can be advised because of Murphy's Law.

I know exactly what the OP is talking about. It is a creaking noise not a rattle. Mine does it too. Only difference is mine creaks when I lean on it only. I've had my door panels off and could not find anything that was causing it so I live with it.
Here's a little video I just made of the noise mine makes.
