Default 2009 Drivetrain changes???

Ok so even after searching for the past hour I still can't find an answer. What driveline changes occurred in the 2009 model year? I just picked up an tranny and rear end out of a 2009 C6 for my 2006 C6 build but I read something about there being changes in the 2009 drive line geometry. I heard that the drive shaft and torque tube changed length as well as the cradle and diff mounting changed. Can anyone confirm exactly any and all changes? I am concerned about fitment of the new driveline components.

The torque tube assembly was shortened. The shifter linkage rod was shortened. The rear cradle was design was changed to accomidate two mounting positions. The rear differential drain plug/cooler line location was moved.
05-08 2 1/2 exhaust will not clear the 09 up cradle also.

The A6 torque tube length has remained unchanged since it came out in 06.
