Default Wheel widening

Anyone know of a good place to get some wheels widened? How wide of a tire/rim can be run on a coupe? Price for widening, average?

I think most everybody uses Weldcraft. Here's some old reading material for you while you wait for new responses.

You should be able to run an 19 x 11.5" wheel on a coupe. Might have to use a small spacer to clear the inner suspension.

19x 11" can be run no problem.

Your looking at $250-$350 per wheel depending on material finish (chrome or painted) and how wide you want to go.

I had Weldcraft widen my wheels 1" front and rear. They add the 1" strip to the backside, so the offset changes some and the tire tucks inside the wheel wells very nice. I was able to fit 305/30-19 rear tires and 275/35-18 on the front. There is room for a 315 rear tire, but the 315 Michelin Pilot Sport Cups are no longer in production.

The NT05 comes in a 335. I don't believe there is a 325.

The Nitto Invo comes in a 325, but it is an inferior tire in every way compared to the NT05. Squeezing a 335 would probably be pretty tight but should be doable...may just need to trim the inside of the wheel well a bit, which is no big deal at all.

I have invo's on the front of my car and hate them.....do the nt05's run wide or narrow in comparison to the ps2's?
