Almost always the coldest plug you can run without fouling or misfiring will give you the most power. This is especially true with higher combustion pressures.
Even NA and stock moving 1-2 steps colder should allow you to run more aggressive timing. Most setups will benifit slightly from a little more timing. However if you move to a colder plug, this will increase your service interval. Also I am talking about a finite amount of power here.
There is nothing better for perfromance than a fresh set of copper plugs, period.
