Default using taller diameter tires?

anyone running taller diameter tires? specifically looking at something like 305 30 20 in the rear... since 305 25 20s just seem to leave the wheel well empty.

Also, pairing that with something like 275 30 20 fronts? so both front are rear are slightly taller... will this mess up the computer/traction system?

(I know it will mess up the speedo, no big deal there)

As long as the tires you plan on using keep the same percentage difference in diameter front to rear as stock they will not cause any computer issues.

The sizes I'm looking at would go up about .6" in the front, and about .4" in the rear. so this would change the factory ratio slightly... would anyone forsee any computer issues changing the ratio by only .2 or so?

Really? so u went -.2" front an By how much shorter in front, and up +.2" in the rear? and no computer issues?

Sounds like the compuer is not as delicate as I thought when it comes to overal diameter of the tires.

*by the way, i magine with 345 rears that you have a wide booty kit?

How delicate the computers are is vastly overblown on this forum.

And yes, I have Z06 rear fenders. I wanted the biggest, stickiest street tire I could fit to try and put power down with my blower. The 345/30/19 Khumo XS is brutally sticky for a true street radial and holds my 625rwhp in 2nd gear WOT. I'm really happy with it

I applied for 3rd party extended warrenty on E-Force and it stated using larger tires would void/limit warrenty. so for now, sticking to stock size but using NittoInvo.

topic on larger rear tires for your reading...

Well maybe it's hit or miss then. I got engine drag control message once when I first put the tires on. Never saw it again in the last 5k miles of driving.
