Took my car to the track today for some test n tune runs! Track wasnt hooking great, wanted to leave harder but track wouldnt hold it!

Mods are just vararam, kooks 1-7/8 w/ cats and loudmouth exh! Have 3.90 gear as well!

you should put a FAST on there, that will gain pretty good on the LS2

Yeah I have been considering selling the car so I wasn't real sure about modding anymore, but it doesnt seem as though its gonna sale so I am about to move on to the next round of mods! Would like to do a FAST but I am going F/I and think it would be a waste for my hp goals!

That's a great launch, nice 60 and nice shifting.

The FAST is a great mod for the ls2 if you stay NA, but if you go FI I probably wouldn't bother personally.

Your car with 3.90's and bolt ons is set up perfectly for 1/8 mile, you should be going through the traps right before you need to shift. 4.10's cause a shift to 4th, and any further mods will cause you to have to shift too, keep in mind. Won't hurt et all that much but mph will drop, keep that in mind.

I dig that old school track...you don't see barriers like that anymore!

I was on MT ET streets bias ply yes! That is just the track close by we go to do some testing! Its nice not having to go to 4th but i dont mind as long as i dont go to 5th in the 1/4 im fine

You won't have to go to 5th until you are 140 or so with 3.90's from memory so you have a lot of room.

Definitely skip the FAST if you go FI.

I sold my Ported FAST when I put my blower on. 30rwhp from a fast is meaningless when you can pulley down, tune more agressively, add meth, etc....
