Remove key from fob... insert key up inside lock that is above rear license plate.. turn (hard). hatch opens, left side inside is a pull tab. pull to open door.
Thanks for the help. I got in the car and found it was in reverse. I found the driver side door window went down when it was opened but did not go back up when it was closed. After opening and closing it several times it started working properly. It may have been trying to close and drained the battery. I may have an issue that needs attention, can anyone give me some help with this or should I have it looked at. THANKS
After a battery change or battery reconnect, the window indexing will need to be reset.
Close the car door. Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done. Don't forget the other window.
You might want to change the battery in your key fobs if you're unsure of their age. OM says they last about 3 years. Do you get the "no fob detected" message often? Mine was doing that along with other goofy stuff until I changed the batteries.
Hard to read your Owners Manual when its stuck in the glove box with a dead battery!
That's why you read the instructions before you try and assemble the kid's jungle jim swing set. Saves a lot of cuss words that can then be used later, when you have to assemble something that doesn't have instructions included.
